Whisper!whisper!
Does a hundred whispers equal to a shout? Does a hundred whispers louder than a shout? Does a hundred whispers easier on the ears than a shout?
What can a hundred whispers do to be more worthy than a shout?

Reminds me of a song by Radiohead... "Stop whispering, Start shouting!"
But i'd personally think a shout need not be loud. Some shouts need not be even said.
ghoose yup its all the same but its a different wave length. and yes what matter most is the reciever...
